TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I’M WITH DOG, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.00.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive venue for any action arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
